I help companies build a system for the specific problem in front of them — to capture data, review it easily, approve, update remotely, and work together.
Hi, I'm Ronnie Yap.
I've spent around 15 years in project management and operations, helping companies build the systems their project teams run on — across project management, ERP, logistics, inventory, procurement, and safety and permit. Along the way I kept noticing companies paying too much for systems that turned out rigid and hard to use, so the people on the ground quietly avoided them — tools meant to help were only adding to their work. So I went independent, and now build these systems myself: simple, affordable, and shaped around how the people doing the real work actually work — configured on Jodoo, not coded from scratch.
Partnered with Jodoo.
I build on Jodoo — a lightweight no-code app platform used by tens of thousands of companies across Asia. Your system is configured on Jodoo: modules, not custom code. Quick to change, easy to hand over, and the platform account stays in your company name.

The reason you need a system — I can deliver.
Everything enterprise software does — only simpler.
A genuine Odoo alternative in Singapore: everything a heavyweight ERP does, but easier to use and nothing missing. You get the complete feature set — at almost zero added cost, and shaped around how your business actually works rather than forcing your team into someone else's template.
Your data, independently certified.
Your system runs on Jodoo's cloud — audited and certified to international standards for security and privacy. The same infrastructure already trusted by tens of thousands of companies.

Continuous monitoring by VantaFor people who want a simple, quick solution to the problem in front of them — right now.
If you've looked at a big ERP like Odoo and thought “that's too much, too slow, too expensive for what we actually need” — that's exactly who I build for. This is custom software for Singapore SMEs without the cost or timeline of a custom-dev agency: a system tailored to how your business actually works, built to fit rather than bought off the shelf. Companies that want one real problem solved well, a system their team will actually use, and the freedom to grow it module by module. From a handful of staff to a few hundred. Manufacturing, trading, services, engineering — wherever work, stock or approvals are still tracked by hand or stuck in an Excel spreadsheet. Based in Singapore, working across Malaysia and Brunei.

Straight answers, before you ask.
Is Jodoo a good alternative to Odoo?
For most SMEs leaving Odoo, yes. Odoo is a broad, powerful ERP — but you fit your business to its modules, pay per-user licences every year, and usually need a partner to configure and maintain it. Jodoo goes the other way: it's a lightweight no-code platform, so I build a system around the way your business already works — the same core capabilities of data capture, approvals, tracking and reporting, as an alternative to Odoo without the licence stack, the long rollout, or features you'll never touch.
We're on Odoo and it feels too heavy — can we move off it?
That's one of the two reasons people call me. You don't have to rip everything out on day one. I rebuild the parts that hurt — the workflows your team actually fights with — on Jodoo, run them alongside Odoo, and move the rest over when you're ready. You keep your data, drop the modules you never used, and end up with something lighter your team will actually open. A calm way to exit Odoo without a big-bang migration.
I only need one module, not a whole ERP — can you build just that?
Yes — that's the whole idea. If you just need inventory, or job tracking, or an approval flow, I build exactly that single module and nothing else. Start with the one problem in front of you, get it working in weeks, and add more later only if you want to. You're never paying for a suite you don't use.
How much does a system like this cost?
Every build is project-based and quoted up front in SGD — you'll know the price before we start, with no per-user licence bill every year. A single module costs a fraction of a full ERP rollout or a custom-dev agency. Message me with the problem you're facing and I'll come back with an indicative quote the next working day. [NEEDS REAL CONTENT: typical starting price / indicative range in SGD]
How fast can it be built, and do I need a developer?
Because it's configured from no-code modules rather than coded from scratch, a focused single-module system is usually ready in a few weeks — not the six to twelve months a full ERP or custom build takes. There's no code to maintain and no developer on payroll: your team uses it from a phone or browser, and simple changes can be made without me.
Can it replace our Excel workflow?
That's the most common reason people call. If your operation runs on spreadsheets that break when two people edit at once, lose their history, or need constant re-keying, I'll replace Excel with a proper system that mirrors your existing process — one shared source of truth your team updates from a phone or desktop, instead of forcing a rebuild.
Once it's built, am I locked in?
No — and that's deliberate. The system runs on Jodoo and the platform account is registered in your company's name, so the data and the build are yours. There's no bespoke code that only I can touch, so you're never held hostage to a single developer or a per-seat licence you can't leave.
Is my business data safe and PDPA-compliant?
Your system runs on infrastructure independently audited and certified to international security and privacy standards (SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR), which supports handling personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The platform account stays in your company's name, so the data is yours.
